Job summary

G-P is seeking a Manager, Shared Service Centre (SSC) HR Operations to support Global HR Operations onboarding professionals across 187+ countries. The role leads multi-country teams and partners with legal, payroll, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient onboarding.

The ideal candidate has significant HR operations leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and English fluency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or relevant field.
5–10 years of experience in HR Operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Experience managing centralized HR SSC operations for the EMEA region.
Strong leadership with cross-regional staff management.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional EMEA languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across multiple countries.
Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client professionals in diverse EMEA jurisdictions.
Ensure compliant onboarding with local labor laws, contracts, background checks, payroll and benefits.
Collaborate with legal, payroll, billing, local providers and benefits brokers.
Drive service delivery OKRs (SLA, CSAT, FCR) and high customer satisfaction.
Partner with Product/Engineering to translate operational pain points into platform features.
