Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking an experienced HR Services Manager to deliver legally compliant HR business partnering support to a diverse global client base, including Embedded and HR Consulting clients. You will own the full employee lifecycle, coordinate across HR functions, and guide clients through complex employment matters.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, TUPE experience, and ability to lead cross-functional HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in HR management or HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labour laws.
• UK & Ireland experience preferred.
• Experience with TUPE transfers mandatory.
• Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for workers and client representatives across onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
• Support Embedded (reseller) and HR Consulting clients with tailored HR guidance and solutions.
• Develop and maintain all employment contracts and HR documentation including renewals and probation changes.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal controls, updating HR policies and handbooks.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate compensation delivery and timely payroll cycles.
• Generate monthly HR reports and respond to data requests, maintaining accurate employee records.
• Lead HR projects such as transitions, organizational changes, and terminations.
