Job summary

Safeguard Global in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Services Manager to deliver compliant HR partnering support for a diverse portfolio of global clients, including Embedded and HR Consulting. You will lead onboarding, employee relations, performance, and contracts while ensuring GDPR compliance, risk mitigation, and timely HR documentation across jurisdictions.

Collaborate with payroll, legal and cross-functional teams to optimise service delivery and ensure contract renewals and policy

Qualifications

• 6+ years of HR management or HR business partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labour laws (UK & Ireland preferred).
• CIPD qualification is required; experience with TUPE transfers is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for workers and client representatives, providing legally compliant HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop and maintain employment contracts and HR documentation, monitor key dates, and ensure timely actions.
