• At least 5 years' experience in HR Operations or HR Service Delivery in a multi-jurisdictional context.
• Experience leading and developing HR Operations or shared service teams.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and employee lifecycle processes.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and trend identification.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and simplify workflows.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
