Job summary

Orlebar Brown is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the delivery of scalable People Operations across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. The role focuses on building efficient processes, accurate data, and compliant payroll through external providers.

You will drive operational excellence via technology, SOPs and continuous improvement, while collaborating with Finance, HR and external partners to support business growth and a great employee experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR Operations experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of payroll operations and compliance.
• Experience implementing and optimising HR systems (HiBob).
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights for workforce planning.
• Proven track record of project delivery and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end People Operations processes across lifecycle and regions.
• Automate and standardise processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee multi-country payroll through external providers and ensure compliance.
• Manage HR systems, data governance and reporting to enable decision-making.
• Partner with IT, Finance and external vendors on system enhancements and governance.
• Support recruitment operations and hiring workflows with technology and data.
