Job summary

Fidarsi, in partnership with a leading investment management firm in the United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The role blends HR Operations, HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations to deliver superior people services within a highly regulated financial services environment.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, support business leaders with design and workforce planning, manage complex ER matters, and drive governance and process improvements to enhance the employee

Qualifications

• Experience across HR Operations, HRBP and Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of the full employee lifecycle in financial services.
• Experience creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Provide HRBP support to leaders and advise on organisational design and talent management.
• Lead and manage ER matters including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring regulatory and governance alignment.
