Job summary

Vinarchy, a global wine company established in 2025, is seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead the HR Shared Services team and evolve HR Operations into a scalable, data-driven function that supports the People & Communications strategy.

Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will drive efficiency, governance and automation, oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementation, improve data quality, and partner with Payroll, IT and project stakeholders from multi-country operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations or HR Shared Services in multi-country organisations.
• Experience enhancing service delivery models or shared services.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, operating models and accountability structures.
• Strong understanding of HR data management, operational controls and compliance.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical operating models and outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global HR Shared Services team delivering efficient, accurate and compliant support across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain service levels, controls and operational performance during transformation.
• Establish and embed service management disciplines, including service catalogue ownership, escalation management, SLAs and continuous improvement practices.
• Act as operational lead for SAP SuccessFactors implementation and readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Systems Manager, IT and project stakeholders on key deliverables.
• Review and standardise HR processes; drive automation and simplification.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting to support data-driven decision making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve employee and manager experience.
