Job summary

Vinarchy is a global wine company seeking an HR Operations Manager to lead HR Shared Services and drive scalable, data-driven operations, supporting the SAP SuccessFactors transformation.

You will collaborate across geographies to improve data quality, governance and automation, while enhancing employee and manager experiences during the SAP rollout, ensuring compliant, efficient services across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR Shared Services in complex, multi-country organisations.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation programmes.
• Strong governance, data quality and compliance experience.
• Able to translate strategy into operating models and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead global HR Shared Services to deliver accurate, compliant support across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors implementation readiness and adoption activities.
• Drive standardisation, automation and simplification of HR processes.
• Strengthen data governance and controls across HR master data.
• Develop meaningful workforce metrics and reporting with HR Systems team.
