Job summary

Salience Labs is seeking a seasoned People Operations lead to own day-to-day BAU across geographies, ensuring compliant, structured processes and a high-performing culture. You will optimize HRIS tooling, maintain audit-ready records, and support onboarding while scaling operations globally.

You will partner with leadership to embed company values, improve engagement, and manage contracts, policies, and documentation across UK, US, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR or People Operations roles, ideally in scaling environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining high data integrity.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong process discipline.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in startups or high-growth companies.
• Exposure to multi-country teams and distributed working environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day running of People Operations across geographies.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records across geographies.
• Ensure compliance with employment law in UK and US, with exposure to Germany beneficial.
• Manage contracts, policies, and documentation.
• Own HRIS and People tooling, including data integrity and reporting.
• Build and refine scalable processes that reduce manual overhead.
• Support onboarding and core employee experience processes.
• Translate company values into practical, repeatable ways of working.
