The HALO Trust seeks a Head of HR Operations in London to lead end-to-end workforce execution, consolidating recruitment, contracting and lifecycle admin into a single accountable function for UK/HQ staff. You will ensure HR activity is delivered at pace and to required standards.

• Qualified CIPD with extensive HR operations experience.
• Experience building HR operations in complex organisations.
• Experience in HR policies, contracts and compliance.
• Strong data, systems and reporting capability.
• Experience managing HR teams and service standards.
• Not-for-profit/global matrix exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR operations and service delivery across the organisation.
• Lead HR Operations team and set service standards and governance.
• Oversee HR data governance and reporting to support decision-making.
• Manage HR systems, contracts, benefits and risk controls with audit readiness.
• Travel to programme locations as required.
