Job summary

Grand Arcade in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a high-quality, people-focused service to our global and UK-based employee population in Crawley.

You will own day-to-day HR operations, support leaders, and contribute to delivering the HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent for future success, with CIPD qualifications preferred and strong knowledge of UK employment law.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification (ideally).
• Extensive generalist HR experience in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Ability to analyse HR data and dashboards to inform decisions.
• Autonomous worker who can manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive HR service to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations cases (performance, discipline, grievance).
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters.
• Lead and support HR and L&D projects.
• Build relationships with external organisations to boost employer brand.
