Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an HR Analyst to join the International HR Services team in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will support HR operations across EMEA & APAC, provide guidance on HR policies, and help design, build, and optimize HR processes within Workday.

The position requires strict data accuracy and confidentiality, with a focus on delivering accurate HR reporting and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• CIPD qualification is a plus.
• Prior experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Language skills desired: German, Spanish or French (conversational to native).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data; proven track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies across multiple entities.
• Manage HR Inbox and Ask HR ticket system with timely responses.
• Train users on Workday system.
• Collaborate with HR and HR Technology to design and optimize HR processes in Workday.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and maintain employee records in compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead HR projects and change initiatives from conception to implementation.
