Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to join the Finance team in London, focusing on international payroll for 6,800 US employees and 13 non-US countries. The role centers on accurate, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and close collaboration with HR and tax advisors.

You will work with Workday and other HRIS platforms, supporting expatriate payroll and quarterly tax reconciliations while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of payroll review and execution, supporting multiple countries in Europe including France, Spain, Germany, Italy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
• Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, TMF, ADP.
• Payroll qualifications such as CIPP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the accurate processing of 19 monthly international payrolls.
• Ensure payrolls comply with international regulations, policies, and SOX requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and external tax advisors on expatriate payroll reporting.
• Manage payroll inputs in the Workday Payroll system.
• Collaborate on payroll-impacting transactions with HR/Benefits teams.
• Oversee time-entry processes and garnishment processing.
• Contribute to process improvements and Workday feature adoption.
