Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. in London is seeking an HR Analyst (12-month fixed-term contract) to join the International HR Services team supporting EMEA & APAC. The role will provide broad HR services and programs to employees across CoStar International and will be based in our London office five days a week.

You will work on HR data accuracy, HRIS Workday changes, payroll liaison, and governance, while collaborating with the HR Technology team to streamline processes and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CIPD qualification is a plus.
• Experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Languages: German, Spanish or French preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
• Experience with HR information systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience across multiple legal entities and geographies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contact for employees and managers on HR policies.
• Manage the HR Inbox and Ask HR ticket system; respond timely.
• Train users on Workday.
• Collaborate with HR team and HR Technology to design and optimize HR processes in Workday.
• Document requirements and assess downstream impacts.
• Advise on potential solutions and data accuracy.
• Ensure HRIS changes meet quality standards before deployment.
• Backlog HR system enhancements and support projects.
• Support international HR reporting requests.
