Geoquip Marine is seeking an experienced HR Advisor based in Bristol, UK, to provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. This predominantly office-based role offers some home-working flexibility and exposure to international HR practices.

You will advise managers, handle employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and data protection compliance, and contribute to policy development as the business expands across Europe and Switzerland.

Competenze

• CIPD Level 3 qualification is essential and commitment to Level 5.
• Experience in a generalist HR role across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in HR administration, maintaining employee records and HRIS.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and data protection regulations.
• Interest in international HR practices, especially Switzerland and Europe.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and managers.
• Support employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct and grievances.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records ensuring GDPR compliance.
