Ipsen is seeking a Director Global HEOR to lead value evidence generation across oncology, neuroscience and rare diseases, collaborating with Global Value & Access, Market Access, Pricing, Clinical Development and Medical Affairs to support payer access worldwide.

This role requires 8+ years in HEOR, international HTA submissions, strong analysis and writing skills, and expertise in outcomes research, PROs and economic modelling.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in HEOR in pharma, consultancy or academia, international setting.
  • Experience working on international HTA submissions.
  • Strong scientific analysis, interpretative and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of international health care systems.
  • Expertise on HEOR from Oncology, Rare Disease and/or Neuroscience including evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling, RWE methodologies for outcomes research and PROs.
  • Knowledge of trial design and understanding of key clinical, PRO and resource utilization endpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead launch readiness and post-launch updates and development of core HEOR/Access deliverables (literature reviews, burden of illness, unmet medical needs, outcomes, guidelines, comparative effectiveness, CEAs, Budget Impact Models, Global Value Dossiers, Payer Value Propositions).
  • Lead EU HTA Regulation planning and execution aligned with product assignments.
  • Support payer value evidence communication via abstracts/posters and manuscripts.
  • Contribute to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead RWE, health outcomes/PRO strategy and execution for payers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and inform pipeline target product and value profile and clinical development plans including payer-relevant endpoints.
  • Support development of pricing policy and market access.
