Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd is seeking a Global HEOR Director to lead value evidence generation and Payer conversations across oncology, neuroscience and rare disease portfolios. The role collaborates with Market Access, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs and Medical Affairs to deliver strategic HEOR plans and global value dossiers.

The position emphasizes launch readiness, post-launch updates, and RWE/PRO strategy, with hybrid London-based work and global interaction with affiliates and payers.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in health economics or related quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant HEOR experience in pharma, consultancy, or academia, international setting.
• Experience with international HTA submissions.
• Strong scientific analysis, interpretative and writing skills.
• Knowledge of international health care systems.
• Expertise in Oncology, Rare Disease or Neuroscience HEOR, including evidence synthesis, cost-effectiveness and budget impact modeling, and RWE methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch readiness, post-launch updates and core HEOR/Access deliverables across oncology, neuroscience and rare diseases.
• Plan and execute EU HTA Regulation JCA activities for assigned products.
• Support payer value evidence communication via abstracts/posters and publications.
• Contribute to Integrated Evidence Generation Plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and inform RWE, PRO strategy and execution to strengthen value propositions.
• Support pricing policy and market access strategies for Ipsen products.
• Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, Biostatistics and Marketing teams.
