Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Health and Safety to lead our UK operations. This hands-on role requires visiting multiple sites, coaching teams on risk controls and embedding a Safety First culture across factories and warehouses.

You'll set the health and safety strategy, ensure compliance with UK legislation, and work with senior leaders to drive improvements, incident investigations and robust risk management across our nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent professional health and safety qualification.
• Strong health and safety leadership experience within a multi-site UK organisation.
• Experience within operational environments such as manufacturing, warehousing, logistics or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and ability to apply it practically.
• Experience developing and implementing health and safety strategies, policies, standards and management systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve our UK health, safety and wellbeing strategy, aligning it with business priorities and legal requirements.
• Act as the senior competent person for health and safety, advising senior leaders and site managers.
• Maintain a strong presence across UK sites, visiting production, warehouse and office locations to understand risks and drive improvements.
• Champion our Safety First approach and embed safety into everyday decisions and leadership routines.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, PUWER, COSHH, DSE, RIDDOR and fire safety requirements.
