This hybrid, permanent role leads a portfolio of world-class learning experiences for teachers and school leaders worldwide, blending educational expertise with customer insight, design and commercial focus.

You will steer strategy, empower teams, and partner across regions to deliver measurable improvements in educational outcomes and scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional development or educational product development.
• Track record delivering programmes or products with measurable impact.
• Experience leading customer-focused portfolios with data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in learning design or leadership development approaches.
• Strong commercial awareness including forecasting and investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic vision for Cambridge International Professional Development products and services.
• Lead customer research to understand the needs, challenges and aspirations of teachers and schools globally.
• Design learning experiences and end-to-end customer journeys with measurable impact.
• Own portfolio performance using forecasting and data to inform priorities and pricing.
• Lead go-to-market launches with strong cross-functional alignment.
• Establish high standards for service design, accessibility, brand and UX.
• Influence senior stakeholders and build partnerships across markets.
• Advocate for the voice of schools and educators in decision-making.
• Lead, coach and enable Senior Professional Development Managers.
