Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment seeks a Head of Professional Development Operations to lead the delivery and scaling of Cambridge International's Professional Development portfolio from our Cambridge base. You will own end-to-end operations across course production, trainer recruitment and customer booking support, with responsibility for revenue forecasting and governance.

• Significant experience leading complex operations and programmes.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Experience of content production at scale and supplier management.
• Proven leadership of senior managers across global teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Degree in business or operations management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Professional Development programme.
• Translate strategy into a costed, resourced delivery plan and governance.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, cost-efficiency planning and resource decisions.
• Lead and develop the Operations function across global locations.
• Build relationships and act as a point of contact for issues and escalations.
• Provide inclusive leadership and coaching to senior managers.
