Job Title: Global Head of Marketing

Location: Brentford, West London (Full-time, in-house)

Reports to: Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Tom Davies

Company Overview:

The House of Tom Davies is a global leader in bespoke eyewear, operating three brands, including Tom Davies Bespoke and a luxury horn and precious metals collection. With offices in Munich and Chicago, four retail stores in Central London, and an online channel selling eyewear for major movies and streaming platforms, we have a global footprint with a strong focus on wholesale and retail markets.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Global Head of Marketing to drive our marketing strategy across wholesale, retail, and online channels. The candidate will collaborate with local offices and regional sales directors to execute international marketing campaigns spanning events, in-store displays, PR, digital platforms, and trade shows.

Key Responsibility:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies with a focus on wholesale and retail.
Focus on client engagement and implement initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention.
Lead and mentor a team of five, driving collaboration and innovation.
Coordinate campaigns across international markets, liaising with local offices and sales directors.
Plan and manage marketing initiatives, including events, in-store activities, PR, digital outreach, and trade shows.
Align marketing strategies with brand goals, ensuring consistency across regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in wholesale and retail.
Experience in online marketing is a plus but not the primary focus.
Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-channel campaigns.
Experience within luxury brands is essential.
Strong background in developing international marketing strategies and working with local and regional teams.
Highly motivated with a vision to grow into a Marketing Director role within the company.

Salary, Benefits and travel

The remuneration is £65,000- £80,000
