Job summary

Formula. is seeking a Global Head of Data to lead a large international data function and rebuild it around clear commercial outcomes.

You will own data end to end, covering platform, engineering, BI, data products and design, reporting into executive technology leadership. You will unify the data estate, deliver a trusted platform, and establish data products with owners, roadmaps and adoption measures to drive revenue, retention and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data organisations at enterprise scale.
• Track record of building or modernising cloud data platforms.
• Ownership of data engineering, data product, analytics and BI.

Responsibilities

• Define data strategy aligned to business problems.
• Build secure, cost-effective cloud data platform supporting analytics and AI.
• Develop data products with clear owners and roadmaps.
• Establish enterprise KPI reporting foundations.
• Lead global team and manage delivery partners.
