Job summary

Finatal is seeking a Data Lead to design and build a centralised data platform from the ground up, unifying data across core systems and creating a trusted source of truth for Finance, Commercial and Operations.

You will lead the greenfield project, make key technology choices for the data stack, and work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience starting and delivering a greenfield data warehouse.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Fabric, dbt, Fivetran and Airflow.
• Experience owning a BI platform with semantic modelling.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate with non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of a greenfield data platform from architecture to implementation.
• Integrate data across CRM, ERP and operations to create a trusted source of truth.
• Build reporting and analytics for ARR, NRR, churn, and financial performance.
• Lead technology decisions across the data stack while delivering hands-on.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Product and Technology to translate requirements.
