Job summary

THG is looking for a Data Engineering Lead to own the technical vision for data across Customer, Commercial and Operations. You will mentor a team of six engineers, set architecture standards, and drive the move from a fragmented data landscape to a unified, reliable data view.

You will be deeply hands-on, shaping data models and pipelines while guiding domain-aligned teams to deliver scalable data solutions that power analytics and AI-driven personalisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring a data engineering team.
• Strong background in data architecture and modelling.
• Ability to design scalable data pipelines and governance.
