• Proven senior leadership experience in commercial strategy or pricing leadership.
• Experience scaling commercial or pricing teams in multi-unit or PE-backed environments.
• Strong financial acumen with pricing metrics (CAC, LTV, margin).

• Lead group-wide Commercial Growth function across portfolio.
• Define pricing strategy and governance across contracts and markets.
• Develop dynamic pricing models and monetisation strategies.
• Drive revenue growth, margin and organic expansion for acquisitions.
• Build dashboards, playbooks and KPIs for performance measurement.
