Job summary

YouLend is seeking a Global Head of Collections to own performance across all markets. You will build a global powerhouse from a 35-person team, driving analytics, segmentation, treatment paths, contact strategies, and a disciplined performance cadence.

You will own cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect and losses, with executive sponsorship and direct board-level visibility. London-based, permanent role with global scope.

Qualifications

• You have led global collections outcomes and KPIs and can explain the decisions behind the numbers.
• You have built or transformed a collections function for scale, not just maintained a mature setup.
• You have led teams across multiple countries, cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global 35-person team across London, Berlin, and Atlanta with five managers.
• Own portfolio metrics: cure rates, repayment speeds, cost-to-collect and losses.
• Design segmentation, treatment paths, and contact strategies across all markets.
• Define structure, governance, and cadence for global scale in collections.
