Job summary

ADP is seeking a Global Solution Designer to anchor the end-to-end design of HCM transformation programs across HR, Talent, Payroll and Time. You will lead global solution design with local compliance, guiding client engagements and workshops to shape scalable, standardized outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR technology and transformation.
• Deep HCM domain expertise across Core HR, Talent, Payroll and Time.
• Proven ability to define and govern global solution architectures.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and multi-country programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll and Time to deliver cohesive, scalable solutions.
• Establish global design principles, standards and governance forums across regions.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders through workshops and strategic conversations to translate challenges into practical designs.
• Drive cross-domain alignment among HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and implementation teams.
• Support sales and solutioning efforts with clear value propositions and design readiness.
