The role sits within the Program Management Stream and leads integrated HR rollout planning, governance, dependency orchestration, and cross‑country execution in close partnership with Country Project Managers and domain Solution Designers. The role owns HR rollout outcomes across all HR‑related workstreams — including Core HR, Leave and Absence, Benefits, Talent (Performance and Goal Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning and Learning), Recruitment, HR data, HR readiness, HR testing, HR cutover, and Autopay Payroll deployment for the US and Canada (embedded within Lyric). The HR Program Manager ensures that all HR deployments follow both the Global HR Blueprint (owned by the HR Solution Designer) and the Global Solution Design (owned by the Global Solution Designer), safeguarding end‑to‑end design integrity across domains.

Key Responsibilities
End‑to‑End HR Domain Rollout Ownership (Integrated Outcomes)
  • Own the HR domain rollout plan and delivery outcomes across all countries (scope, milestones, sequencing, and HR go‑live readiness).
  • Ensure all country implementations adhere to both the Global HR Blueprint and the Global Solution Design.
  • Drive consistent execution of HR deployment standards, templates, entry/exit criteria, and global methodology.
  • Ensure convergence of HR process, HR data, testing, training, change, and Autopay dependencies to deliver stable HR go‑lives.
  • Oversee HR domain readiness and expedite risks early with clear mitigation actions.
Program Management Stream Leadership (Governance & Cadence)
  • Run the HR‑specific program cadence including delivery checkpoints, domain reporting, and HR readiness reviews.
  • Own and maintain the HR RAID and ensure mitigation actions are tracked to closure.
  • Drive timely HR decision‑making with clear impacts, options, and recommendations.
Country Delivery Orchestration (Country PM Network)
  • Support the Country Project Manager community for all HR domain activities.
  • Align country HR deployment plans to global milestones and enforce go/no‑go criteria.
  • Coordinate reuse of HR deployment assets, templates, and lessons learned.
  • Intervene early on HR domain risks and mobilize cross‑workstream support as needed.
Workstream Integration (Clear Ownership, Tight Interfaces)
  • Translate HR rollout needs into workstream commitments, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner with HR Solution Designer to maintain adherence to the Global HR Blueprint.
  • Collaborate with Global Solution Designer to ensure alignment with the end‑to‑end solution.
  • Coordinate with Payroll Solution Designer and NORAM Payroll Leads to manage Autopay dependencies.
  • Align with Integration and Testing teams to ensure HR readiness for SIT, UAT, and E2E.
Cutover, Go‑Live & Hypercare Leadership
  • Lead HR domain cutover planning including schedules, roles, and issue triage.
  • Coordinate HR‑specific hypercare activities and stabilization metrics.
  • Ensure complete HR domain handover including runbooks, known issues, and documentation.

  • Proven experience managing cross‑workstream delivery, integrated readiness, and domain governance.
Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong integrated program management skills (planning, dependency mapping, RAID, orchestration).
  • Effective stakeholder management across global and local HR, Payroll, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Executive‑ready communication and structured reporting.
  • Strong facilitation skills for HR domain checkpoints and workstream forums.
  • Operational readiness mindset with discipline around HR go/no‑go criteria and stabilization.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR‑to‑payroll dependencies including US/CA payroll.
