Job summary

ADP is seeking a Global Solution Designer to act as the strategic design authority for global HCM transformations, guiding end-to-end solution architecture across HR, Payroll, Time and Talent while balancing global consistency with local compliance.

You will collaborate with clients, implementation teams, and domain experts to design and govern global HCM solutions, drive standardization, and ensure scalable, future-ready design across multiple countries and industries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR technology and transformation within global orgs.
• Deep HCM domain knowledge across Core HR, Talent, Payroll and Time.
• Proven enterprise solution design leadership and governance.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Strong communication, facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
• Familiarity with global data governance, reporting and analytics.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Solution Design across HR, Talent, Payroll and Time.
• Establish and govern global design principles, standards and decision frameworks.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate challenges into practical HCM solutions.
• Drive cross-domain alignment across HR, IT, Finance and Implementation teams.
• Support Sales and Solutioning with RFI/RFP responses and value articulation.
• Ensure design quality, compliance, and effective handoffs to delivery teams.
• Communicate design decisions to executives and stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Champion continuous improvement and align with product roadmaps and industry trends.
