Job summary

Telnyx is seeking a high-performing GTM Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You will own full-cycle hiring across our Go-To-Market organization—AEs, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architects, and Marketing—supporting rapid growth of our global revenue teams.

Source globally and move fast; build a proactive GTM talent pipeline and partner closely with sales leadership to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house recruiting focusing on GTM roles.
• Experience hiring across US, EMEA and APAC.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline building skills.
• Ability to partner with sales leadership and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for the GTM org including AEs, BDRs, Channel Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing and Demand Gen across regions.
• Build and maintain a proactive GTM talent pipeline.
• Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience from outreach to offer.
