Job summary

Gigs is building the operating system for mobile services and is expanding its international growth team. We are seeking a Staff-level Talent Partner to own end-to-end GTM hiring, raise talent density, and partner with GTM leadership to hire top performers who elevate the entire team.

You will source globally, calibrate hiring standards, and use data to shape headcount plans, while delivering a candidate-centric recruiting experience and continuously improving processes and the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a GTM context.
• Experience hiring top performers for growth-stage tech companies.
• Ability to use data and metrics to shape hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Growth).
• Set clear hiring bars and calibrate rigor.
• Source markets globally and outreach to top performers.
• Advise with funnel metrics, win-loss data, and market intel.
• Design great candidate experiences with clear comms and fast loops.
• Continuously improve processes and employer brand.
