Job summary

Quantexa is seeking a skilled recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for multi-region GTM roles including Enterprise Sales and Field Engineering. You will manage a high-velocity, multi-time-zone portfolio, delivering a consultative experience to candidates and hiring managers.

Leverage AI tools to streamline outreach, market mapping, interview synthesis and pipeline reporting, while designing Ashby automations to cut cycle times and improve conversion metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruitment within fast-paced B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or high-growth tech environments.
• Experience recruiting across complex sales and technical go-to-market disciplines.
• Experience using AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse, multi-region go-to-market disciplines (Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA, Field Engineering).
• Balance 8–10 concurrent requisitions across multiple time zones with high velocity and excellent candidate care.
• Design and implement structured automations in Ashby to eliminate manual bottlenecks and improve metrics.
