Job summary

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced Go-To-Market Recruiter to hire across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps, partnering closely with leadership.

You will own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles, build sourcing strategies, run structured interviews, and manage pipelines. The role requires recruiting expertise in SaaS or high-growth settings and strong ability to collaborate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting GTM roles in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue functions and GTM org structures.
• Track record of hiring high-performing sales and marketing professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong ATS and sourcing expertise.
• Ability to move fast without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps, Partnerships).
• Partner with founders, CRO, VP Sales/Marketing, and hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for high-performing GTM talent.
• Run structured interviews and assess candidates for both skill and revenue impact.
• Manage pipelines, hiring data, and time-to-hire metrics.
• Strengthen employer branding for GTM talent markets.
