Job summary

Aptitude Software Limited is seeking a Senior Enablement Lead to design and own the GTM onboarding and certification program for the Fynapse GTM team in London. You will craft role-specific paths for AEs, BDRs, SEs and Account Managers, ensuring consistent messaging and effective qualification processes across regions.

The role emphasizes practical curriculum design, live coaching, and rapid ramp time, with travel across the US, UK and Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enablement curriculums and certification programs.
• Proven ability to coach distributed sales teams across regions.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills for C-level buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM onboarding journey for new hires (AEs, BDRs, SEs, AMs).
• Build role-specific training paths and verification processes.
• Develop and maintain curriculum on value, buyers and business case.
• Coordinate cross-region enablement across US, UK and Australia.
• Create certification standards and ongoing coaching through live sessions.
