Job summary

WorldFirst, a leading international payment specialist, seeks a User Growth & Operations Manager for its Personal Remittance team in London. You will own the regional C2C user growth and revenue targets, designing hyper-localized operational strategies to accelerate adoption, retention and repeat transactions.

Partnering with product, marketing and BD, you’ll map the user lifecycle, run rapid experiments, and translate data into scalable growth loops across expats, students and migrant workers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-impact experience in B2C user operations, growth, or consumer marketing.
• Proven Track Record in Growth: design and execute scalable user acquisition and lifecycle campaigns.
• Data-Driven DNA: analyze dashboards and turn insights into winning strategies.
• Extreme User Empathy: understand consumer psychology and craft user-centric tactics.
• Startup Mentality: ownership, resilience, cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills in English to articulate strategies to global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth Engine: shoulder regional C2C user growth and revenue targets with hyper-localized strategies.
• Architect User Acquisition: design, launch, and scale growth plans, improving acquisition efficiency and brand awareness.
• Obsess Over the User Journey: map and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle, run rapid experiments to boost conversions.
• Execute High-Impact Campaigns: develop online and offline campaigns tailored to overseas remittance behaviors.
• Weaponize Data: analyze user behavior daily to uncover insights and drive product and tactics decisions.
