Job summary

Chemring Energetics UK Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities across defined regions. The role focuses on establishing strategic relationships with customers and driving growth for our energetic materials products and services.

You will analyse market trends, explore distributor partnerships, and collaborate with marketing, finance, engineering and logistics teams to deliver coordinated business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing BD, sales, PM or account management experience.
• Understanding of engineering principles.
• Experience managing budgets and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic business development plans across assigned regions.
• Establish, develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to drive satisfaction and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities, potential distributors and partnerships; generate leads and proposals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, engineering, operations, logistics) to support opportunities.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly reports on customer activity and revenue.
