WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Growth Group Director to lead senior, hands-on growth initiatives that move opportunities forward and give credibility to ES pursuits. You will shape work for clients, develop compelling materials, and drive momentum across creative, data, AI and platforms capabilities.

This role requires collaborating with MDs, EDs, GCLs, agencies and delivery teams to convert opportunities into real engagements.

Qualifikationen

• You typically bring 10 to 12 or more years of experience across strategic account management, growth, consulting, technology transformation, digital transformation, client services, business development, enterprise sales, media, creative, data, CRM, commerce or CX, with a track record that reflects genuine contribution to commercial outcomes.
• Direct experience supporting or leading client conversations, opportunity qualification, discovery, proposal development, pitch preparation or pursuit acceleration.
• You understand how large organisations identify, fund and buy transformation in practical terms.

Aufgaben

• Identify ES growth signals across priority accounts, WPP relationships, client teams and market triggers and bring initiative and commercial instinct to the search.
• Develop opportunity briefs, problem statements, stakeholder maps, account views and pursuit narratives for senior leaders.
• Support discovery meetings, workshops, pitch preparation, proposal direction and follow-up actions to keep pursuits moving.
• Clarify opportunities with ES capability leaders, solution experts and partner teams to define the activation path.
