WPP Production is seeking a New Business Director (Global) to shape growth, win high-value opportunities, and deepen strategic client relationships across markets. You’ll lead narrative development for multi-disciplinary pitches, partner with senior leaders, and embed AI-driven approaches to business outcomes, while driving a scalable growth engine across the global network.

Formación

• 10+ years in new business, growth, client leadership or strategy roles in creative/production/agency.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to define how complex opportunities are won.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling for high-value pitches.
• Experience leading large, complex pitch processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong client relationship skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Comfortable presenting to senior clients and leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead strategic direction for priority high-value opportunities.
• Ensure narrative quality and strategic standard across pitches.
• Design end-to-end client solutions, including operating models and pricing.
• Lead on growth innovation, exploring AI and new technologies.
• Collaborate with Global leaders to define global growth strategy and markets.
• Partner with Global Chief Client Officer to grow existing relationships.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior clients to unlock opportunities.
• Drive improved conversion, efficiency and revenue in new business pipeline.
• Support financial performance with budgets and forecasts.
• Build and scale a repeatable growth engine globally.
