Job summary

Mitchell Adam, in partnership with a substantial international group, seeks a Head of Group Reporting & FP&A to join the senior finance leadership team. You will own group financial reporting, monthly consolidation, statutory accounts and the external audit, while leading budgeting and forecasting across the group.

You will work closely with the Group Finance Director and the Board, shaping reporting governance for a multi-site, evolving organisation, and coaching a team of four to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in large, complex group environments.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge including FRS 102.
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals and impairment reviews.
• Ability to provide commercial insights and challenge to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own group financial reporting, monthly consolidation, statutory accounts and external audit.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across the group.
• Oversee complex accounting matters and governance across the organisation.
• Develop reporting processes and financial controls.
• Provide insights to Group Finance Director and Board and support strategic projects.
• Manage and develop a team of four.
