HH Global Group in London is seeking a Group FP&A Manager to support the Group Head of FP&A with planning, forecasting and performance management across the Group. You will lead consolidation of the monthly Finance update and bi-monthly Board packs, including cost, capex, cash flow, people-cost efficiency and bonus reporting.

The role collaborates with the Finance Business Partnering team to provide cross-cover and an integrated view of Group performance.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
Strong FP&A or financial management experience in a complex, multi-entity or international org.
Experience producing executive management reporting and Board packs, with data collation, analysis and QA.

Responsabilités

Lead the monthly Finance update pack and bi-monthly Board pack processes with data collation, analysis and commentary.
Coordinate stakeholder inputs to ensure pack content is complete and evidence-based.
Own Opex/Capex review, explain performance, forecast risks and opportunities.
Own Group cash-flow variance analysis, forecasting and reconciliation.
Explain relationships between profit, working capital, capex and cash flow movements.
