Job summary

Mitchell Adam Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-qualified accountant to join its FP&A function. The role blends financial analysis with operational business partnering, supporting budgeting and forecasting and reviewing site-level P&L performance.

You will work with operational teams to understand drivers of performance, provide insights to senior stakeholders, and contribute to ad hoc commercial analysis.

Qualifications

• Active experience with budgets, forecasts and P&L analysis.
• Ability to explain financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Strong Excel and modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and review site-level P&L performance.
• Analyse revenue and costs, investigate variances and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
• Produce management information and insights for operational teams and leaders.
• Partner with site teams to understand drivers of performance and enable data-driven decisions.
• Participate in ad hoc commercial analysis and projects to deepen performance understanding.
