Podium Search - Finance & Accounting is seeking a Group Consolidation Manager for a high-growth, globally diversified listed group. You will own the group consolidation process across 200+ entities, delivering timely half-year and annual reporting and robust balance sheet analysis.

This hands-on role collaborates with the Finance Director, Group Reporting and FP&A to strengthen governance and drive transformation.

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant with strong technical and audit grounding and multi-entity experience.
Solid understanding of group reporting, statutory requirements and audit processes.
Ability to analyse balance sheet positions and challenge variances.

Responsabilités

Run end-to-end multi-currency consolidation across 200+ international entities.
Deliver half-year and annual group reporting including disclosures and audits.
Lead balance sheet review and analysis for accuracy and integrity.
Partner with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
Maintain and enhance consolidation models, reporting templates and processes.
Support finance transformation and systems improvements across the group.
Coordinate with international finance teams to ensure timely submissions.
Drive continuous improvements in controls, data quality and reporting efficiency.
