Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in the UK is seeking a hands-on Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function and act as deputy to the Finance Director. The role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day financial controls across multiple entities in a growing property services group.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting and cash flow, deliver commercial insight to the Board, and support acquisitions integration while developing a high-performing finance team in a hybrid working

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or MAAT qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong management accounting experience.
• Proven leadership of finance teams.
• Deep financial controls, reporting and compliance knowledge.
• Proficient budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
• Experience in multi-entity, growing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Own monthly management accounts and group commentary.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and working capital.
• Maintain statutory compliance and financial controls.
• Partner with operations to drive commercial decisions.
• Lead finance integration of acquisitions.
