Confidential Group in London (South West London, hybrid three days in the office) is seeking a Group Financial Controller with a strong ACA and industry Finance background to own the monthly group consolidation and statutory reporting. You will interact with senior leadership, guide internal controls and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified with a strong audit/practice foundation
• Experienced in industry finance following practice
• Technically strong in group consolidations and statutory reporting
• Experience in multi-entity and international group environments
• Hands-on and detail-oriented while operating at group leadership level
• Commercial, pragmatic and confident with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly Group consolidation process, including intercompany, investment and dividend reconciliations
• Develop Group reporting, analysis and commentary
• Support the preparation of consolidated statutory accounts
• Lead Head Office audit requirements and coordinate elements of the wider Group audit
• Manage reporting and statutory information across multiple international entities
• Head Office budgeting, cash, treasury and financial control
• Work closely with divisional Finance Directors and Financial Controllers
• Manage and develop a junior member of the finance team
• Improve processes, controls and reporting across the Group
