Job summary

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical support for their products, primarily in generator controls. Responsibilities include customer training, troubleshooting, and documentation preparation.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge of generator applications, excellent communication skills, and be educated to at least HNC level in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in the generators and diesel generator industry.
• Relevant experience in a customer-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, and face-to-face.
• Deliver training sessions on DSE products.
• Test and confirm reported issues from customers.
• Prepare technical documentation including manuals.
• Provide development guidance to engineering.
