Owen Daniels is seeking a Technical Engineer – Generators in Andover, offering hybrid working. The role focuses on technical support across generator systems with occasional site visits to assist engineers, customers and internal teams.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in generators, PLC programming skills, and knowledge of ComAp/Deep Sea control systems. A qualifying electrical/mechanical background is advantageous.

Salary: £45,000 – £58,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm | Friday 8am–4:30pm
I’m currently working with an established business within the power generation and critical power sector who are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Engineer – Generators to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Generator Engineer who is looking to move into a more technically focused role, whilst still maintaining exposure to customers, engineers and site-based activities.
The role is predominantly office-based with occasional site visits and will involve providing technical support across a wide range of generator systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong practical engineering background within generators, standby power, critical power or a similar environment.
You’ll ideally have:
A mechanical or electrical engineering qualification would be advantageous.
