Job summary

One Retail Group is seeking an experienced Fulfilment Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our global fulfilment operation. You will manage the Fulfilment Operations team, coordinate with 3PL partners and ensure inventory, fulfilment and processes deliver excellent service to customers and retail partners.

Working with Supply Chain, Freight and Customer Experience teams, you will drive performance, implement improvements and support growth of our network across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Proven experience managing operational teams across multiple regions.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and fulfilment processes.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, SOPs and continuous improvement.
• Commercially minded with focus on customer experience and efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance of the global fulfilment operation and 3PL partners.
• Oversee inbound receipts, outbound dispatch, stock transfers and returns.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and backlogs; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across locations and ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with warehouse partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide regular reporting on performance, risks and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and efficiency.
