Job summary

The Talent Edit Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our luxury beauty and wellness client. You will own end-to-end order fulfilment, connect customers, warehouses and shipping partners, and drive the CIN7 ERP implementation from ground up.

With oversights of UK and US warehouse operations and 3PL relationships, you’ll shape processes, optimise incoterms and shipping docs, and report findings in Excel to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations within beauty, cosmetics, wellness or FMCG.
• Knowledge of incoterms, BOMs and SKU management.
• Experience with CIN7 or similar ERP is a plus.
• Proactive problem-solver with system/process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment linking customers, warehouses and shipping partners.
• Oversee UK and US warehouse operations and 3PL relationships.
• Coordinate global distribution, imports and exports with correct incoterms and docs.
• Lead CIN7 implementation with developers and 3PL on config/testing.
• Manage customer service through Gorgias and preempt issues.
• Handle purchase orders and supplier relationships balancing cost, quality, service.
• Produce operational reports in Excel that drive decisions.
• Support onboarding and cross-department projects.
