Job summary

Vickerstock, a growing FMCG business, seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day supply of frozen and ambient products from production planning to delivery. You will coordinate manufacturing partners in the UK, Europe and India, manage international freight and oversee fulfillment across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

You will drive demand planning, inventory control and supplier performance, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing supply chain.
• Strong demand planning and inventory management.
• Experience coordinating with third-party warehousing or logistics providers.
• Experience organising international freight and shipment documentation.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations and planning models.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling demand and supply plans by product.
• Convert forecasts into production and purchasing schedules.
• Maintain stock records across locations and warehouses.
• Coordinate manufacturing partners and monitor production progress.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
• Organise international freight with forwarders and customs agents.
• Oversee third-party storage, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Plan distribution across regions and coordinate drivers.
• Manage customer orders and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Report on stock risks and logistics costs; work with Finance.
