The Advocate Group is seeking a Supply Chain Executive for an established FMCG business in the United Kingdom. You will own end-to-end planning, inventory targets and supplier coordination to ensure customer demand is met efficiently.

Working with internal teams, suppliers and warehouse partners, you will optimise stock levels, coordinate imports and drive continual improvement in forecasting and availability across multiple locations.

Formación

• Experience in supply chain, planning or inventory management in FMCG.
• Strong stock control, forecasting and purchasing knowledge.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and purchase orders.
• Exposure to import operations or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and planning systems.
• SAP and MRP experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving across teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Stock & Inventory Management: maintain product availability across warehouses and balance stock vs demand.
• Supply & Demand Planning: manage monthly and weekly planning cycles, review forecasts and stock requirements.
• Supplier & Purchase Order Management: raise POs, monitor orders and liaise with suppliers.
• Forecasting & Analysis: analyse sales vs forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.
• Warehouse Coordination: monitor stock, transfers, ageing and excess inventory.
• Import & Logistics: coordinate import documents with freight forwarders and suppliers.
• Stakeholder Management: communicate availability and risks to sales, ops and finance.
• Continuous Improvement: identify alternative suppliers to protect continuity of supply.
